No Returns or Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items
In the event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

* Your name
* Order number
* An unboxing video
* Details about the issue
2. Return Authorization
After evaluating your claim, we’ll determine whether a return is applicable and provide authorization as needed.
Replacement or Store Credit
After we receive and inspect the damaged item, we will either:
* Send a replacement
* If the item is no longer available, issue store credit equivalent to the original purchase amount within 3-7 days.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
* Items damaged through improper use, negligence, or lack of care.
* Complimentary items given during promotional events
Store Credit
If you receive store credit instead of a replacement:
* It can be used on future purchases at our online store.
* It will be valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
